FamilyWarrior is open to anyone 12yrs + with over thirty obstacles, free medal & wrist band. Teen Warriors under 15yrs must be accompanied by an adult (one adult to a maximum of four teens). The Teen Warrior is a 5k Family Fun Run, the course will be one 5k lap of the adult course, however you may miss some of the larger obstacles. Start time 14:00hrs

findevent Mini Warrior 4yrs to 11 yrs 1.5k or 3k – free medal & wrist band. Children up to the age of 11 will be able to take part.
Each child should have a parent or guardian with them. The parent or guardian can go round the course with their child but won’t go over the obstacles (unless needed to assist!). The parent or guardian will be given a duplicate running number to identify up to four kids they are looking after on the day.
The course will be a separate 1.5k run with twelve obstacles, including;- hay bales, commando crawls, balance beams, hurdles and tunnels. Juniors can negotiate one or two laps, ie 1.5k or 3k
